Hope you enjoy the update! Crazy we're already getting the first early migrants passing through the area. Fall and Winter is right around the corner!

Stefano, this video rivals anything I would see on a nature channel on cable. Beyond the excellent photography and videography, which we've come to expect, you are an excellent storyteller. I think this video is your best ever! Way to go!

I love this pond series so much. It's amazing to see how much life it sustains only months after being built.

I actually shed a tear for the little bird at the end.

Absolutely Beautiful! Magnificently done as always. Great videography, editing and sound design only topped by your amazing knowledge about local wildlife. This has got to be my favourite series on youtube by now!

Stefano, I dont comment on many YT videos but feel I just have to on this one as I have absolutely loved this series about your new pond. You have worked so very hard to provide the local wildlife with this amazing facility and also documented it so well - congratulations 🙂

Just found your videos- absolutely love the pond and video clips you've done!
About the 2 nests. Some varieties of turkeys' gender are dependent on the temperature during incubation. The female had 2 nests, probably to hatch one set as male and the other female.

This is my fav. channel about birds. This pond project inspires me to build something similar. Excellent work, keep on, I'm always tuned for the next episode :)

Whilst I knew about the symbiotic relationship between ants and aphids, it was amazing to see what actually happens. You are not only an wonderful photographer, but sharing such a deep understanding of nature, is a blessing to all of us

My heart swells with fascination and love for this little pond and its residents. Thanks for letting an old lady live vicariously through you and your process. This includes watching you build from start to finish. Good educational commentary. Thank you!

This is the best thing I’ve seen in a long time. I’m so glad I found your channel. All that effort building the new pond has really paid off!

It's amazing how many people adore wildlife. I hope the people with over maintained gardens follow your lead and go wild. It's so wonderful.

You are an amazing film-maker - this had me engrossed right from the start. Beautiful footage of a beautiful little piece of paradise. So many different birds and insects there! The accompanying music was just right too. This was a really restful video to watch, I loved the commentary, and the little swallow at the end almost had me in tears. I was so glad it got out of the nest box! I learned lots of things from this video. I never knew all that about the ants and aphids, for instance. Fascinating! Already looking forward to your next!

You can not have one thing with out the other it's one big circle of life. Wildlife benefits off each other. No matter what spieces it is. Mother nature is so beautiful and can be so destructive to. You so lucky to live where you are. That's what I call paradise. Just nature all around. from UK 🇬🇧👍👍

Already watched like 3-4 videos on these ponds from you, it's like a nature documentary without the fluff.
Your knowledge of species, both animal and botanical, makes me want to learn more than just "that's a tree", "oh look a bird" or "that's a flower". Guess I will have no choice but to subscribe haha. Nice.

Youve once again proved that biodiversity is the key to a healthy ecosystem. Its not just food, it not just water. It includes also includes home, shelter and diverse food sources. Well done Stefano!
