I am almost 30 and I remember watching Jamie when I was a teenager and he was probably in his early 20s. He used to live in an apartment with an interior spiral staircase and he was sliding down on it. He has always had this really good energy, I think he has inspired me love cooking.

Perfect timing! I cooked up some dried kidney beans yesterday, so I made this for lunch.
Delicious!! I added jalapenos to the beans for kick and did some wedges on the side instead of a wrap.
