Thanks for these. I'm going to give myself afew more weeks till I think my rib is healed up.might as well focus on stretchs. These are nice ones to do while watching tv or reading.

Those butterflies will have you able to lay on your back and touch your big toe behind your head. That's a killer I loved it I did everyday for 4 years when playing football. So when I got into high school I didn't stop and continued with stretching. I cannot tell you how many times it has saved me from pulling a muscle

Thanks, seriously needed these in order to keep up with trying to pull off all your 10th planet techniques.
Now I just need to get down to 115 lbs to touch my toes.
No more corn dogs with mayonnaise for me.

Tip from a yogi: Pull your foot and toes towards the same side knee to protect the knee joint in the figure 4 position! oss!!

I'm not to flexible I'm a Greco-Roman guy all upper body. Looks like it's hurts 😕. But I'll give it shot.
