I’m a tall person and when people recline it completely cramps my knees. However, because I am not an psychopath I just politely ask them if they mind moving their seat up and just live with it if they say no.

When the person is tall it actually does make a difference. A tall person's knees wind up pressed up against the seat. It is uncomfortable for a tall persin.

As a 6'5" man I can say if the person in front reclines I will be crippled by the seat crushing my knees get over it sometimes it's for a reason

I flew a ten hour flight recently where seats do go back more than an inch. So much that the little movie screen was around 2 inches from my eyes and it was tough to even put things on the tray table. Even worse was that i was in the very last seat of the plane, so my seat did not recline at all. I feel her pain, still disrespectful of her however

Bro I hate those recliner chairs, once I had an orange juice on one of those trays and the person in front of me kept going back. They legit spilled half of the fucking juice 💀

I received the same treatment by this man behind me one time. It was an overnight flight to Aussie, I wanted to sleep cause I was so tired, I reclined just a bit bc I legit cared for the person behind me. And all of a sudden my seat was pushed back that I bumped my head. So yea relatable experience for me
