Finally able to sacrifice herself to the Gate of Lorelei, ‘The Sacrifice’ frees the summoned heroes from the seal that cursed the Kingdom of Ouza. Though each of their souls can now rest in peace from the worlds they originally came from, the thousands of memories they have remembered within the looped world had reminded them how fleeting life truly is.

Starting to be erased from existence in the present world, they all bid farewell and made a pact amongst themselves - that even if their physical bodies were to perish, they will try and continue to live as souls in the afterlife...having faith in the uncertainty that was up ahead.

It has been three years now once more and the YouTube algorithm has called me here. I would be lying if I said I would come back here every so often - even completely forgetting I had listened to this - and still continue to enjoy this cover.

So much has changed in just three years. I'm probably going to graduate from my double major (English & History) in December and I'll finally be trying to get a job (working and going to school would be too stressful).

I don't know where I am going to be in three years from now. I had a break up in 2020 so there's that. I'm not sure if the current me is somebody that I had expected to become, but oh well. All I can do is keep on going and see where I'll be when I look back again in three years time.

Lets see what the future holds.

Man... it's almost 3 years since I graduated from high school...


I kinda feel a bit sad that nowadays the group of friends I messed around with back then don't really meet IRL despite being easily being able to contact one another. But that's just life, I suppose.


Maybe I'll stop by another three years, looking back on this comment. I wonder what you'll be doing three years from now, future me.

It's been 5 years since I remember finding this song the first time. Listening to it now, so much has changed and while I have gone through so much, this song and this version of it has always given me so much comfort whenever I revisit it.
