Just from a barista perspective on these:
A lot of our frappuccinos do have coffee in them but you can always get them without coffee if you want just to answer that question from the video.
1. Cinnamon dolce (sweet cinnamon) is the name of the syrup that starbucks uses. The almond milk that starbucks uses isn't very good though so that might be what is weird about the flavor for erin!
2. Cupcake cream is a vanilla bean frappuccino with hazelnut syrup added.
3. The captain crunch is toffee nut and raspberry syrups and Java chips in a strawberries and cream frappuccino.
My recommendations on frappuccinos: vanilla bean with a shot of espresso, vanilla bean with a pack of blueberries added, strawberries and cream with mocha added, vanilla bean with caramel and mocha drizzle added, or double chocolate chip with white mocha instead of regular mocha.
P. S. Please always be nice to your barista! We have to deal with a lot of mean customers and it just sucks sometimes since we are just trying to make your day better by providing you with a yummy drink!

So I work at Starbucks and this whole video is making me cringe let me explain frappucinos a little. You can make any of them cream-based, and it's not pronounced Crem it's just cream . We don't use actual espresso in our coffee-based ones we use something called frappe roast. Frappe roast is a room temperature coffee mix. I would recommend getting your frappucino with espresso shots instead of frappe roast because to be honest it smells like dog food. The other things we use in them are ice and the syrup flavoring milk and a base which is a liquid substance that basically just taste like sugar. We have three kinds of bases we have cream-based coffee-based and light base. Without the base it would just mostly be ice it would not be smooth.
