In your most powerful mutant list you had Franklin Richards over Jean Grey, yet she's on this list but he's not???

Last time I checked, the Phoenix Force was well above Surfer levels. The Phoenix can and has stalemated Galactus in the midst of his feeding on planets and only relented when he revealed that she was using up future life energy in order to match him. Unstable or not, Phoenix is far and away the most powerful being on this list.

Additionally, Thor has wielded far greater powers than his own on multiple occasions. He received the Odin Power after his father died as was essentially omnipotent during that time. Even as his normal self, he can enter the Warrior's Madness and gain ten times his regular strength. He handily dealt with everyone from Beta Ray Bill to the Infinity Watch to Thanos in that state.

I'd also like to mention a fella named Sodam Yatt, a Daxamite Green Lantern with all of Superman's powers, plus he was bonded with the Ion Entity and thus could manipulate pretty much all forms of energy, as shown when he turned other Lantern's energy constructs against them, and turned the red sun of his home planet yellow. His only weakness is exposure to lead which is pretty moot so long as he has his ring to protect him.
