I honestly love the retro style of the Time along with the nice, smooth animations. I've been using a first gen Pebble for 2 years now and it's been really nice, but now I think I'd like to upgrade it with the colour screen and proper animations (timeline on the original Pebble doesn't have some of the animations, just still images), plus lots of debs are now making apps exclusively for the Time, which is backwards compatible with the original monochrome apps.

im not a watch fan, but if i bought a smart watch it would be to check the time and notifications, the pebble time nails that and the battery life is amazing, so the pebble is the winner for me.

If they get rid of the flat tire design on the Moto 360, I would love it. And if the pebble time had a larger display with less bezel, I'd be happier with it. I have both an Android wear (LG G Watch, waiting for a good upgrade) and a Pebble Time and I find myself using the Pebble time more simply because the battery life is so much better and I'm kinda forgetful.

For those of you hating on Hayato, because you prefer Michael, dislike his voice, or hate the style of his videos. How about you go and make your own videos instead and stop watching Pocketnow. The simple truth is that he is creating content and you are not, so either enjoy it or stop watching.

0:26 OLED screens aren't backlit, and some android wear watches have those.
1:48 and also excluding an ambient light sensor, 3-axis gyro, 3-axis accelerator...
3:43 display of yester-year? I've never seen an e-paper display with more than 3 colors before this, especially a 60hz one.

I like big round watches, but the pebble seems to be better all around, with the water proof case as well as a MUCH longer battery life.

I backed the pebble time steel, to be honest the battery life was a clear sell for me... you just wear it and never worry about when the battery will run out. plus that means i can keep wearing it to bed and turn on the sleep tracking feature no problems. I love my new watch and i highly recommend it :)

If my Pebble Time screen was a bit bigger... where the screen goes all the way to the bezel then I'd be a bit happier. Battery life is brilliant.

Really great video, I really hope there will be an android wear watch soon with pebble-like battery, that would be the best.
