the boss at MASSIVE love/hate relationship with that guy! He killed me more than any other boss. Yet, I loved his fight! That whole teleport and then block with his weaponized tail was just soooo cool to me!

This was the best Contra. It really was ahead of its time. Innovative gameplay mechanics and visuals. One of the ALL time best games on the SNES. I can remember playing this game a lot. Really fun.

I love how the bosses in this game generally make no sense whatsoever but them being completely out of control and weird was half the fun.

Just one of my favorite games ever. Very nice playthrough for level 3. I'm gonna give old Contra 3 a shot soon enough. Used to enjoy hard corps as well.

Contra 3 is such a great game. Great job on the bosses and not dieing to them! When I play this game, I actually have a pretty similar strategy for most of these bosses, but I could never do as well as this.
