Unfortunately, lowering this also lowers the imprintation amount done on each cuddle, so instead of having to do 2 cuddles for 50% imprint each, now you’d have to do 4 cuddles for 25% each, and even lower depending on how much you adjusted that slider, and it can go down to as low as 50 cuddles for 2% each.

So my best advice would be to set the cuddle interval slider to 0.01 and wait for the cuddle icon to pop up on your baby dino, then immediately exit the game and change the slider to 2.0 or even 3.0 then cuddle it to gain 100% pretty much instantly. But be sure to turn the slider back down to 0.01 after your done though or else if the dino gets hatched and owned at the cuddle interval slider set to 2.0 or 3.0, it’ll mature before you get to cuddle and it’ll never be imprinted.
