Zscaler Tenant restrictions for o365, is there a option to add tenant IDs for the domains we need to give corporate users access to instead of tenant names?

Bill, nice high level explanation. I am curious though, how does your design avoid single point of failure - if the zscaler cloud gets vaporized by an AI-driven attack? for each of the data links, what happens if one or more of the links to the zscaler cloud go down, and this question also includes the single link to the larger cloud which provides the services, aws or azure or whatever. please consider, that just because someone uses a commercial cloud platform such as aws or azure or whatever, everybody is free from effective attacks now that AI-designed attack tools are being used. If IPs are not being used in the zscalar private access then what is being used to identify one unique host from another unique host, is it the MAC address of the host? is it some type of Tag that is being assigned to each host?
