Harbor Freight Boat Trailer

Harbor Freight trailer, boat trailer modification can be used as a boat trailer or just remove the boat bunks and use it as a utility trailer. Perfect trailer to tow behind My Jeep Wrangler. Very easy to maneuver and backs up easily.

My experiance with Harbour Freight trailers is that they are made of low quality steel and will rust and fall apart very quickly. (You get what you pay for.) Fortunately this can be remedied by repainting them with several coats of oil-based paint.

looks good - easier than putting on the roof I bet . Maybe not meant for coast to coast usa type adventures, but it might make it alright. What do you think?

The roller on the back of trailer isn’t needed. I use that trailer for my 14 ft JonBoat and and it works great with no roller

Thanks for the video as I am considering the HF Trailer. Some have mentioned that the trailer is not meant to go into the water. Any thoughts?

That’s not the boat trailer. It’s just the regular flat trailer. I have both boat and flat trailers.
