Btw, thanks for all of the great videos and products. Love and learn lots from these videos and from BrewingTV. Keep them coming. It's probably the biggest reason I buy from NB instead of other large nameless mail order brew supply shows. Your probably both great shops, but NB invests heavily in supporting homebrewers with entertaining and/or educational videos. Awesome Stuff!!!!

Three questions. I'll use separate posts due to length. First, I want to use a cooler MLT, but can't boil large volumes. I assume I coule pretty easily use these 3 gallon AG kits with the cooler instead of a bag and end up with a boil volume that was do-able on an electric stove top?

Third, as far as fermenting, I dont see any 3 - 4 gallon plastic fermentors. Will a 3 gallon carboy be too small for a primary on agressive fermentations? Will 5 - 6 1/2 gallon fermentors be too big for 2 1/2 - 3 gallon batches?

Second, there are only 4 of the 3 gallon kits. I should be able to take the 5 gallon AG kits and split the results into 2 batches of 2 1/2 - 3 gallons right? Just split the hops and yeast in half for each?
