Ingredients:

Chole :

Soaked chole - 1.5 cups
Onion - 3
tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
Black cardamom -1
Tea leaves - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 5
Mace - 1/2 inch
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch Green cardamom - 3
Black pepper - 10
Dry Red chilli - 3
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee -2 tbsp
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 10
Aamchur powder -1 tsp

Bhature:
All purpose flour - 2 cups Sooji /rava - 1/3 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar -1 tsp
