converted to exe file. when clicked on exe file. mouse cursor are stated to blink multiple time and behaving like not responding. could you please let me know, what could be route cause.

this is all new to me... i would like to control function keys F11 F12 with the old RS232 serial port CTS and DSR 0=off 1=on? these com-port pins also control regedit files. thanks a lot...:)
