Good video and review of this game! I didn't know there was a H.E.R.O. 2 out for the Atari 2600. Looks interesting! I always die right away in playing the original H.E.R.O. game for the 2600.

A little disappointing looking actually. Nice graphical upgrade, but every cave you showed on here is identical to the original HERO - Calling it "HERO 2" is a bit of a stretch for what essentially just looks like a reskin of the original game. The original is one of the greatest 2600 games of all time, so I'm sure this is great too, but It's the same game. For the record there really IS a sequel made by the creator of HERO John Van Ryzin. It's called Alien Abduction. It's not nearly as great as HERO was, but it essentially IS HERO 2 and is available as downloadable 2600 game on the VCS.

Glad that H.E.R.O has sequel, however I think H.E.R.O should have stayed as a standalone
