In cases of you being in a situation where he’s sprinting towards you at full speed, please follow these steps:

1. *RUN*
- In situations like this do not think twice or see if its actually him, you’re just closing the distance between you and him, lowering your chance of survival. Remember, your life is your priority at this point.

2. Hide
- If you manage to outrun him and is currently in a spot where he cannot see you, hide immediately, let him run past you and do not make a noise until you no longer hear his footsteps. I repeat, do NOT make a noise. This includes breathing, moving, repositioning, or any action that results in a slightest noise.

3. *Call for help*
- Once he’s far enough, if your location has signal, please contact your local police and tell them exactly where you are. When you speak, remember to whisper so ‘he’ cannot find you. Be sure to answer all questions presented to you and stay calm and be vigilant.

In cases where you are unfortunate enough to be caught by him, please do these to increase your survival chance:
1. Fight back
- If you have enough strength and fighting skills, stand your ground and try to limit his movements, you can do this by putting him to chokeholds or keeping him on the ground. Remember, he is much stronger than you, so your priority is not to kill, but to detain. If you’re unskilled, please skip this step.

2. *Struggle*
- Try to stay alive for as long as possible while he has you. You need as much time as possible to find a perfect window to run away from him, which will help you survive. If you fail to find a good time, please follow the next step.

3. *Accept.*
- Know that at this point it is now useless no matter what you do, if the police arrives in time, you may still have a chance of surviving, but if you failed to contact the police, its best if you start reminiscing about your life, your favorite moments, your favorite person, those you cherish, moments you love, and your deepest regrets - as your life is going to end soon.
