Loud stereos are great. Don't get me wrong. The last system I built in a raggedy old van would pump out 152db all day.
I always used earplugs but when a system is that loud earplugs don't protect the ears anymore.
Now, I have ringing in my ears continuously and when I had that system it was over 20 years ago.
Bass is cool but people need to think about the repercussions of exposing their ears to the loud stereos.

If the Owner is reading this, did you then reinforce "around" the Sub box with plate steel after cutting away to fit the subs near flat like that?

That ain't bad at all considering how badly underpowered them subs are being they're rated 3.5krms each and having two of them on a single 5k! I have the same subs but 3515's instead of 12's and mine each have its own Wolfram 9k at 1ohm and they take every bit of it n still want more!
