I remember a "Happy Days" episode, when Richie Cunningham said, (as a fight was about to break out at Arnold's diner: "We have the UN now. That means no or war! Why can't people act like governments?"
Because the people are not savages, as with the dictator formed UN. I notice I can't find that episode anymore on YT. It was a funny one. :)
