552oz/34+lbs - The Biggest Copper Bar, I've ever made - Large Copper Bar - Sand Cast- PetroBond

I just decided to make a simple video this week. I wanted to see just how big of a Copper Ingot(Bar/Brick) I could make. So, used a homemade wooden pattern and set out to do just so.

I completely missed the premier, the when I got back 3 hours later to watch it I had do some other work and 3rd time lucky i have watched it's now 01:07 in the morning here! The casting came out great mate and the the wife went as it was cooling down "Oh look it sneezed"!🤣👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great intro, was waiting on an advertiser logo. Not gonna comment about "size matters" community rules and all that stuff.
As far as a bigger casting?? Go for it but you might want to re-think petrobond. Add baby furnace and try a steel mould or add a cope with a lot of venting.
Either way you go, 👍👍👍👍 on this ingot, editing skills included. Love the new intro.

wow that's a big bar. Bigger would be cool. Is there a way too prevent the gasses from coming up through the metal?
