Final Fantasy XIII Remake/Remaster Finally on It's Way?

After years of the Final Fantasy games receiving Remakes & Remasters is Square Enix possibly hinting towards a rerelease of Final Fantasy XIII, the only game that hasn't been rereleased on modern systems.

I am a diehard fan of the 13 trilogy back when these games were first released and still to this day. I'll never understand why we still havent gotten a remaster of these seriously underrated games.

As if, Square. It obviously doesn't need a remake, we don't have another 2 decades for that. It needs a Final-Mix-esque remaster. Sprinkle some of those 13-2 improvements into 13. Open up paradigms earlier. Let us swap the party leaders earlier. Put some of those 13-2 minigames into Nautilus. Add some of those optional hunt missions into the empty hallways of Cocoon. And for the love of god, copy-paste the Nabaat fight from 13-2 and insert it before the Barthandelus fight .

Nah bro, I will not stand for this rewriting of history. I have seen so many people start to act like they liked this game when I was made fun of and had to defend myself for loving or even liking the game. A remaster is needed but ppl need to stand on business and be like you, if they didn’t care for it don’t try to act like they do now.

I really enjoy the FF13 trilogy as a whole, as soon as I saw that comment from Square Enix about a remake, I would absolutely love to see everything from these games in a full scale remake, I feel like it’s been long overdue for at least a remaster

I have always wanted a remaster/remake of 13 trilogy. The reason is because it was very lore heavy as part of Fabula Nova Crystallis, but translation problems prevent international audiences from correctly understanding the complex lore.
