Here's one and one I used as the basis for characters in a Pokémon story I'm writing: paranormal investigator. A trainer with Pokémon unaffected or super effective against Ghost Pokémon (Normal and Dark, respectively) goes house to house removing Ghost type Pokémon from places believed to be haunted.

You'd probably make some decent money given how "dangerous" Ghost Pokémon are, based on their Dex entries, and clients probably not being able to handle Ghost Pokémon on their own unless they were an expert like the Gym Leaders or Elite Four.
