Piplup Is A Draco Meteor Magnet

It's also mentioned in the anime. Dawn's Piplup keeps using Bide to prevent itself from evolving. Then he keeps thinking about it, there was a time when it looked at a window, to see its face, and imagined Prinplup face, it probably thought that was too ugly so it didn't wanna evolve. Later on Nurse Joy gave them an Ever Stone to use on Piplup so it wouldn't have to keep using Bide.

It causes any Draco Meteor to hit it regardless of Accuracy or Evasiveness.

It was also neat how Piplup returned for a few episodes in Best Wishes and had a rival with Oshawott, the next Gen's Water Starter. I think that's a first and ony occurances of something like that happening.

Okay, I knew Piplup never evolved, but for it to be because its evolutions were supposedly too ugly.... Wait. I just had a thought. Kenny has an Empoleon. If Empoleon was too ugly for contests, then why did they let it evolve? I mean, I have no problem with Kenny's Prinplup evolving into Empoleon, but it CAN'T be too ugly if that were the case; I mean, said Empoleon was used IN THE GRAND FREAKING FESTIVAL! It doesn't make sense!
