Wow, YOU can't run a county without people. The PEOPLE are the country, " We the people" actually means something. Take of the people, then YOU will have a healthy economy, people will be able to produce revenues etc. Sick people produce death, and naturally the economy will fall. Heal within, save and take care of the people and everything else will fall in place.
