During the filming production of "Barney's Great Adventure," Barney, required a special lower half costume for certain scenes where he needed to sit down. This unique design allowed David Joyner inside the Barney suit to comfortably and convincingly portray the character while seated, ensuring that the magical world of Barney remained seamless and engaging for young audiences.
