Corsair Sabre RGB Pro - the 8000Hz £50 mouse

The mouse in question is Corsair's Sabre RGB Pro, and while it may share the same name, it is a complete re-design of the original Sabre that launched several years ago. Is this new mouse any good? Just an FYI if you are looking to buy this for the 8k polling rate I would maybe hold off for awhile until game engines catch up. Like Apex Legends basically exploded when I tried playing with 4k or even 2k. Half way through my session the mouse just started stuttering like crazy. If you are going to jump in with the higher polling rate I would at least research your main titles first to see if it can't handle it.

It looks very similar in shape to the G pro wireless. And is almost as light in rgb form. A nice budget option for someone looking for that feel. Although lacking wireless, its also, like, a 1/3 of the price...

Hi! I need help whit my mouse. One day it wasn't working and if i shake it around then i hear some wier wiggling around and i know thats the battery wier and now i dont know how to open up my mouse. ik im late but I need some help, I love this mouse but the scroll wheel isnt picking up a lot of the time when I scroll & I cant figure out why, im sure it's not dirty does anybody else have this problem? I cant find anything on the internet

On a 12-thread processor, 16% CPU usage is more than one core. (100/12 = 8.33) I wonder if a mouse at 8KHz is CPU bound on older processors...
