ASEAN INNOVATIVE SCIENCE, ENVIROMENTAL &
ENTREPRENEUR FAIR
AISEEF 2023

Asean Innovative Science, Environmental & Entrepreneur Fair or more known as AISEEF is
one of IYSA’s biggest events. This is proven by many young researchers who participated in
this event. 2023 is the 4th year we have held AISEEF and this year we have 323 teams
participating from 15 countries. 210 teams participated in online competition and 113 teams
participated in offline competition. Several countries participating in AISEEF include
Indonesia, India, Thailand, South Korea, Iran, Malaysia, Vietnam, USA, Bulgaria, Algeria,
Bangladesh, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, and Turkey.
Still the same as in 2022, IYSA is again working with the Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro
University to organize AISEEF. This event was held in a hybrid (online and offline ) manner
for 5 days, and the offline competition was held at Diponegoro University.
The opening ceremony followed by booth set-up for the offline participants and also the online
judging was held on 10 February 2023, and the next day, which means February 11, we
conducted judging for offline participants, there is something new on the 3rd day, normally on
the 3rd day we will hold inventories talk but at the AISEEF event, we replaced it with a sharing
session with alumni of the AISEEF 2022 and also a seminar filled with speakers from India.
And for the 4th day (February 13) we invite the participants who took this excursion to several
places in Yogyakarta such as Tebing Breksi, Heha Sky View, Pinus Pengger and so on. And
don't forget the most awaited day by all participants, the awarding ceremony which we held on
February 14.
Again, there is something special at AISEEF 2023 because we have 4 teams from the
Philippines and India as well that attended this event in Diponegoro University.
And don’t forget we had so many awards that we have given in this event such as :
