He played this correctly but keep in mind that in the video he was playing a little bit faster than the recording. Just keep that in mind and rock on🤘🏼

I usually pull off on 2 on the A string and then hit 3 on the E instead of playing 7, 5, and then 3. Idk if Dimebag played it that way but i’ve noticed that it sounds a lot closer to how Dime played it. It also makes the riff a little easier on your fretting hand if anyone has trouble playing it like how it’s shown here.

i'd emphasize on the vibratos, they're even more important with dimebag than the riff itself
