As a facility contractor I work in essential services as a janitor and I have to sometimes work on the Sabbath Sabbath cause I work at the Bustamante children hospital here in Jamaica am I breaking the Sabbath? If so please explain for me the text which says it is not a sin to do good on the Sabbath day. I really need to get the full understanding of the meaning of this text
