Thank you again Bjørn for showing off my work! YES!!! A very dangerous piece!!! Once you hold an authentic reproduction of Viking weapons in your hand, you really get a sense of just how deadly dangerous these tools/weapons were. When I was making this axe it did bite me a couple of times. BEAST is the perfect name for this devastator. btw... the Ulfberht is just about ready for you. Thank you again my friend!

That blade rings like a church bell! I am hearing a very nice heat treating job on that blade, very nice.

A very nice Dane axe. Your happiness with it is so obvious from the beginning to the end of the video. Axes, whether as weaponry or tools, are such an important part of that ancient northern spirit passed down to the present. Personally, I have always felt carving and woodworking with axes both satisfying and connecting to the past.

The Dane Axe is my favorite! I love how powerful it feels. Reminds me of that story where he held off advancing Saxons using this axe enabling the other Vikings to retreat. He killed over 40 before being killed himself.

I find myself experiencing the same feelings just looking at it. Very nice!

Wow! The aesthetics of that axe is amazing! Beautiful and aggressive; beautifully aggressive even. I can feel a little tingle of electricity just from looking at how it sweeps up to the "toe." Looking forward to seeing it in action! Use of Ash for the handle was a really nice touch!

What a beautiful axe! I have always wanted one, but, with a short shaft. Somehow, I feel that that would be right for me. Great video...keep them coming!

Fantastic piece! I love it Bjorn! Looking forward to the sword also... This is an axe that would surely intimidate any potential opponents just by looking at it.
