I suppose it depends on the company, but I'm becoming a tad confused about various cases I've encountered with the E Pass. You have confirmed as well that E Pass sponsorship is difficult, and it's not helped by the fact that the requirements for it are raised every few years and that the criteria for it is clear: highly skilled and experienced candidates.

And yet I've come across a few folks already who were fresh grads or had minimal experience and secured E Pass sponsorship, where even ideal candidates struggle. Though I suppose the former is still the extreme exception.
