Imperium (NL) Demo # 1. State of the Art. 1990 (Remastered)

Here's the first demo tape by Dutch band IMPERIUM from 1990 (not even mentioned on their discography on Discogs). An interesting combination of PRONG circa "beg to differ", early NEVERMORE & "justice"-era METALLICA. So some tight, often progressive, often thrashy powerful metal. They released another demo after this & did an album after that, but i don't have those, so don't know if they changed their style or not. Very decent & professional proper metal. 6 tracks in 20 minutes; ripped from the OG demo & remastered by Mahler Haze in June 2020.

Thanks for uploading this! Imperium are one of my all-time favourite bands. I know all of the guys well and was in a band called Sphere of Souls with André Vuurboom and Rob Cerrone.
