You said that in electron come from hydrogen bombardment but In cathode ray experiments, the negative charge on the cathode doesn't come from the bombardment of hydrogen gas. Instead, it's primarily due to a process called thermionic emission. In this process, the cathode is heated, causing electrons to be released from its surface. These emitted electrons give the cathode a negative charge.

Hydrogen gas may be present in the discharge tube, but its primary role is not to provide electrons. Instead, it helps maintain a low-pressure environment, allowing the cathode rays to travel more freely through the tube.
