2020 Chevrolet Silverado - High Country VS LTZ

In this video we take a look at Chevrolet SIlverado. We are specifically comparing the High Country and the LTZ trim levels and going over what makes them different.

Just bought a LTZ Z71 after driving both. I got a LTZ pretty well loaded up with the technology package, no running boards, 20 " wheels, 5.3 motor, power tail gate, bed lighting, bed liner, Bose radio, leather, navigation, Apple Car Talk, heated and ventilated front seat, power front seats, heated rear seats...all for about 10K less than the High Country. The High Country is too high for the difference, which was mainly the 6.2 motor, 10 speed tranny, power access steps and 22" tires. I like the chrome bumpers on the LTZ better and I liked the red tin coat color better than the white. The High Country badging looks gaudy to me, the LTZ badging is modest and under stated.

I have the Silverado 6.2 High country Habana brown metallic look like the same color same interior. Beautiful pick up truck, everytime I received compliments and in my neighborhood already they already trading theirs pick up truck for Chevrolet Silverado. I am sure Chevrolet going to sell more pick up trucks every year. Thank you for your videos, 😊

Never been a fan of "painted" bumpers and over time, most will understand why chrome is just a better way to go. Plus, chrome just looks three times as good IMO. One would think the "High Country" edition would be much more than just a few different colored pieces to justify the large price difference.

Not sure why people keep posting z71, you can get a ltz and not a z71, the ltz package is a premium, the z71 adds shocks and skid plates and dual exhaust, on the chevrolet website you have to give up the premium interior options, and they added that stupid tag holder

I ended up getting a 6.2l ltz Z71. Not a fan of the chrome but the price was better for me.

So biggest factors are exterior and interior trim? Both have the z71 off-road package?

Well he didn't talk about the lift kit. High country comes with a 2-in lift kit. That's the biggest difference. Honestly, most LTZ are better equipped

What about hill decent control? Do they both have that?

So basically nothing just a few cosmetics. Def like the High Country interior better no doubt, but is it worth the extra scarol? Ehhh

The truth its the same dam truck with different interior leather choices and color match bumpers plus different packages to choose from but basically its the same dam truck

If you get the high country package not the zl1 it’s performance is way better

I get that the High Country is a King Ranch rip off but it doesn't have to be a poor mans version. Come on GM, get those interiors together.
