*We are exploring all the best Italian foods!* From the north to the far south of Italy. Iconic Roman and Neapolitan pizzas, to pizza of Trapani in Siciliy, different pasta, seafood, fried foods and of course "gelato". 30 plus foods from all around Italy: from Sardinia and Sicily in the south to Pisa in the north of Italy. All our Italian journeys packed in one video that has it all.

Our adventure begins in Trapani, where we indulge in mouth-watering pizzas and fresh seafood, before heading to Catania to try traditional arancini and Sicilian horse meat. From there, we travel north to Naples to experience the world-famous Neapolitan pizza. Then we continue to Rome for some classic Roman thin crust pizza and pasta. We also dive into Sardinia's unique culinary scene in Cagliari, tasting local delicacies like mustazzeddu and purpuzza. Also we make a stop in Bari for some delicious panzerotti. Finally, we wrap up our journey with incredible pasta dishes in Pisa.

Throughout the video, we cover 30 must-try dishes from each region, offering an authentic taste of Italy's diverse culinary traditions.

I am not too fussy about pasta or rice dishes, it’s hard to get fresh seafood inland so that’s out too. I do like pizza though.
