This is one of London's most sustainable restaurants.... Here in London the topic of sustainability is HOT, and yeah, that’s a good thing. Some businesses are catching on to the fact that we want them to be doing better, but a select few are really killing it when it comes to delivering a good experience while having minimal impact on the planet.

In this video I’m taking you to Cub, a restaurant in Hoxton, East London that is quite literally putting their money where their mouth is, and instead of talking about “being green”, they’re actually doing it. They produce practically zero waste (a first in the restaurant industry) and are champions of using every single part of every ingredient that arrives in their kitchen or bar.

Hey Jess! I once more loved your video. I'm not British but their culture truly appeals to me. My biggest dream is visiting London and I think I have taken my obsession to the next level... On May I'm sitting the Cambridge Profficiency. Failure is not an otion for me, since my parents have promissed me that if I do well, they will take me on a trip there. There is one thing I know for sure... Thanks to your advice I know what to visit and how to avoid any tourist traps if I manage to make my dream come true...
