Surely the board had some legal advice before doing this. If a superintendent is just not very good, then say it. He evidently didn’t do anything that violated policy or the law or they would not have agreed to pay him off. If they would have done their due diligence and checked with Blytheville school board members, they would not have hired him in the first place. But they did and now have wasted a lot of taxpayer money on a buyout and on paying an interim. The community needs to replace the 4 that did this.

Sounds like their school system is heading into the way Memphis schools operate in getting nothing done because I'm sure they are being forced to hire someone BLACK and damn the qualification part it's the color that matters like here.🤔
