Toyota Yaris 1.4 D4D - average fuel consumption @ 80, 100, 120, 130 km/h

Toyota Yaris 1.4 D4D. It's a very fuel efficent car and very good to drive on the highway, because the low rpm and the high torque from the diesel engine.

Good. My yaris 1.4 D4D 2013 (i bought it used with 162.000 on jt) at 7000€, amazes me every time, with avarage consumption outside the city of 3.6-4.2 and mixed, at about 4.5-4.8.

This engine is little hidden gem. It's very simple modern diesel engine. It's easy to maintain and in latest iteration also super reliable. Thanks to its simple design there is not much power, quite enough for Yaris and super enough for IQ. I have little over 400k with still original turbo, dpf and clutch.
