EU Diversity Month 2024

EPSO keeps reaching out to organisations that represent underrepresented groups in the #EUCivilService. By providing such organisations with regular information about our competitions and selection procedures, we make sure to diversify its communication channels and to reach out to a wider group of EU citizens interested in #EUCareers.
In 2023, we conducted a number of meetings with Keep Dreaming asbl/vzw and other similar European organisations to understand how we could improve our communication and outreach work in this respect.

A #EUCivilService more representative of the citizens it serves is a stronger civil service.🤝
