Fly Fishing Advice for Beginners (I wish I learnt earlier)

I'm here at my favourite trout stream today, where I learned where I started fly fishing. I thought it would be a good place to share some advice for those starting out fly fishing. If you're beginning your fly fishing journey, there's a lot of fun and a lot to learn. Now this is the sort of place where many fly fishers start out. Small streams close to where you live probably with trout in them.

Just high sticking close to me hook 3 fish landed 1 very happy with this fly fishing alot different from spin fishing more fun way better way to catch trout

Il be there tomorrow early morning good thing about this stream it's close to me only 20 minutes drive

Plus it's a nice change from catching 3/4 lb browns in my local plenty browns no bows that's why this streams good plenty bows and the odd brown lols

That's were I caught my first rainbow last Friday on the same spot on a fly rod euro nymphing on my 3)4 weight 7 ft rod first time ever I've just started went from spin to fly rod

Euro is fly fishing as your whole entire rig is flies hence the fly fishing. ant called spin or dead bait fishing 😅 make you wonder these days 😢😊
