I wrote this memorial poem 9 years ago when my best friend had lost both her dad & daughter in less than a year. I pray that this memorial poem will bring some comfort to you during this very difficult period.

Sunshine

When I look at the sunshine, I think of you and how you made me feel in your presence. The feelings that I feel now, now that you're gone are of sadness, grief, loneliness and anger because you are no longer here by my side, but I rejoice knowing that you are free now. You are free because you are no longer suffering, but you are in Heaven in the presence of Jesus, pain free and dancing with Jesus.

I could only imagine the look on your face when you saw Jesus face to face and the look on Jesus face when he welcomed you home with open arms and said to you, welcome home, I'm so happy to see you. Well done my good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of the Lord!

As you walked through the pearly gates of Heaven, you saw those who went before you. As you talk and walk with them, they are showing you the vibrant, beautiful sights and sounds of Heaven and your mansion that was built for you by Jesus own hands.

As the days pass by in a blur and the pain I now feel seems so overwhelming, I know that as I lean on and trust in Jesus, that pain and confusion will fade as Jesus brings healing to my heart. I know that someday I will see you again face to face and when I do, that joyful reunion will never end. When we are reunited, we will both see Jesus face to face, and sit on our Heavenly Father's lap together side by side.

Savannah we lost my oldest sister when she was 36 so I know how hard this is to go through. It devastated my parents for years because it was their first born and our family felt strange for awhile. All you can do is be there for your dad and let him grieve the loss. Happy that you have someone like Noah who stepped up to help you out. Watching him on your channel you can always tell he's a phenomenal person and this is just even more proof. Praying for you all.

Ive watched you guys faithfully for the last couple of yrs. The way you and Savannah conduct your business and yourselves is just outstanding. I was in tears watching this video as my heart was breaking for you. Losing a family member is never easy. I lost my father in 2015 and it was the hardest thing ive ever been through. Any customer that demands their lawns cut right now as you are going through hard times in your family, is a customer that doesnt deserve your services. I know me personally, i would probably do it, but it probably would be the last time ever. I wouldnt want to associate with people like that. There is too many other lawns out there you can pick up. Jimmy is with Savannah's mom looking down on you all. Even tho it hurts for you guys, just know that he is in a better place and he is happy. Praying for all of you. Do whatever you all have to do to take care family. I heard another youtuber say before that you have to prioritize things in this order....1. God. 2. Family and 3. Job....I firmly believe that.

And thank Jimmy for the memories of his time here on earth as a great humanitarian. And things will pass ! As time rolls keep your heads held high ! It's not that Jimmy's gone he's not .He left his legacy for who he was and his impact still lives on. Not in a physical manner, but in your hearts and minds. He didn't just pass! He left you guys and family dreams of good things about life and more then anything he reminds you of what you have.
Like a great marriage knowing you didn't marry her so you have someone to live with. Rather you married to live with the one that you love by your side for ever.
And Jimmy will always be with you in good spirits! for he is Alway a part of your life.
Remember that he has lived, and not so much his passing! He's Alway in your thoughts, and this is his legacy.
