After the 4 planning tutorials for SimCity 2013 I have moved on to actual building tutorials containing power, water, sewage, services. After that I will make specialization tutorials and end game tutorials.

As for balancing R and C you can watch : multi-city tutorials : #7, #12, #14, #15. As for balancing R, C and I I don't have any videos with lots of I because I try to avoid the pollution it creates. I might do some videos about only RCI cities in the future.

heh, the software was the one that reduced the volume after saving. I will increase the volume % on my microphone next time.
