I made these cookies, but substituted with crunchy peanut butter, blackstrap molasses and 2 tbsp of maple syrup. It was crunchy on the outside; chewy and soft on the inside. Because i used blackstrap molasses, the cookies look like double chocolate fudge cookies, lol. And the blackstrap molasses and peanut butter actual gives it a fudgy brownie centre. i love nuts in my cookies so using crunchy peanut butter was perfect for me. I did not sprinkle extra sugar on top. In fact I may try without the maple syrup next time, as the sweetness from the molasses is enough for me. This is the first time I found a recipe with coconut flour where the end product wasn't dry! So so so yummy and easy. Will be making another batch tomorrow. Thanks so much for sharing

You read my mind ! I just bought a bottle of molasses to add to my morning lemon water and wanted to incorporate it into something else. I got the rest of the ingredients so I'll get baking yay!
