One of the best cinematographer. Not only "Saving Private Ryan" and other collaborations with Spielberg, but also absolutely brilliant work in "Le scaphandre et le papillon".

p.s. And great interview as always.

Was always a fan, but it's the first time I actually hear and see him talk. What an insightful person, not "just a d.p."...

David, still looking forward to the day you get to sit down with Spielberg. You already interviewed Scorsese and Ridley, so yeah... But I reckon Spielberg doesn't do nearly as much press rounds as Martin and Ridley do. It'd be heaven to listen to him answering your technical/creativity oriented questions. Maybe for Ready Player One! Fingers crossed!
