You seriously couldn't make this out of carbon? The reason why I chose Duotone / Fanatic gear in the first place was because you made a complete carbon setup, where I didn't have to worry about washing it and bumping it etc. You have now put big holes in the aluminium fuselage in an attempt to reduce the weight, but all you have done is to create big pockets where water will sit. This will increase corrosion and also increase weight in the water during use. If I hit my foil on something in the water - is this aluminium fuse going to bend? I'm sure it will if I hit hard enough. Carbon won't corrode and won't bend. It looks like I am gong to have to find another foil manufacturer. Still can't believe you switched to
