Just bought these. Am immediately returning them due to the fact there is no way to adjust the earpieces for different head sizes. What a simple design feature, completely overlooked. Amazing.

I got it today an I like having sound all the way up but can’t deal with the little bits of static because speakers can’t take it

I got these as a gift because it says they work on windows, however the mic will not work on the PC unless you also buy a splitter. This is due to the fact that the headset only includes as single 3.5mm jack and not two so if your PC only has a headset jack or a microphone jack you'll have to buy a splitter before you can use the mic with these.

your mic would work much better if you had it in correctly you putting the noise cancellation side towards your mouth and mic points out. change the orientation of your mic to have the flat side out not in.

I get a crackling sound when using using the headset on Xbox when when in a party and for game sound

I'm having a hard time setting them up on a Win10 laptop.
they work as any wired headphones through the 3.5 mm jack, but if I plug in the headphones to my xbox one controller the sound still come out of the laptop speakers and not on the headphones.
Any ideas or isn't possible to connect the headphones to the xbox one controller if the controller is connected via bluetooth to the laptop? Thanks
