My favorite quote from MJ in the Last Dance was "Ask any of my teammates I never asked them to do anything I wasn't FN doing" which summed it all up IMO MJ had no tolerance for people that weren't 1000% committed borderline obsessed with being the best. Also, the lady speaking was Jackie MacMullan a long-time NBA historian.

MJ's legacy has grown since Last Dance...many got to see why he is the GOAT!!

Jordan was the dude that took the NBA to atmospheric heights, no denying this man's wanted victory for himself and his teammates and he is by far one of the greatest to ever do a class by himself

One of my fav. quotes from MJ in the Last Dance was, "Winning has a price... and leadership has a price. So, I pulled people along when they didn't wanna be pulled... I challenged people when they didn't wanna be challenged... but its because I earned that right because my teammates didn't go through what I had to go through... you ask any of my teammates they'll tell you one thing about Michael Jordan is, he never asked you to do anything that he didn't f*cking do..." - that summed it up right there for me why this guy is really and TRULY the GOAT... what makes you a legend, what makes you great is not just what you accomplish or how many rings you got... its how you bounce back from your failures, your mentality, leadership, the DRIVE to be the best in everything you do... that's what I admire bout MJ and why hes my GOAT... NO ONE not LeBron, Bill Russell, Magic, Kareem, Larry, KD, Steph, even Kobe to an extent match MJs mentality or drive to win... this man literally teared up while talkin bout his passion to win if that doesn't tell you something I don't know what does...

To me Jordan feels like will to succeed and competitiveness personified. Imagine fighting opponent that just refuses to give up and will stop at nothing until you are defeated. That's Jordan, the true goat.

Over 30 million people watched his championship game…he was absolutely captivating to watch…we all knew he was hard on his teammate’s, but he got the most out of them…There’s no doubt Michael is still the greatest of all time!!

I’ve had the pleasure to meet MJ three times at golfing tournaments. He’s treated us really good. Shaking hands, having conversations, acknowledging everyone and surprisingly tipped really well.
Now I know that people have had some bad experiences with him and I don’t doubt that but I can only judge him on how he treated me and it was cool.

I don’t care how others see MJ. He’s the best player I have ever seen. When I see somebody better, I will know it. That’s good enough for me. If others disagree, so be it. That’s THEIR opinion. It’s too bad if he spends any time worried about it.

He's the goat with a competitive fire unmatched which the league is missing 80s-90s golden age was truly a sight to see when the NBA was competitive

MJ and Kobe were just different cats. MJ recognized real in Kobe.

I think MJ shared so much with Kobe, because he wanted to pass down his knowledge of the game with someone who's game reminded him so much of himself, and Kobe had the ABILITY to carry on his legacy.

Success comes with a price and Michael knew that. His job was to turn the team around and he did it with patients and hard work. When you really want something you go for it no matter what. He did what he had to do to win and that made him GOAT. Who cares if people don’t like you. He wanted to legendary and look at him now. Much respect MJ….

I’ll always perceive MJ to be the kind of teammate I’d always want on my team. I had somewhat the same mentality: Work your ass off and do whatever it takes to win. I hated losing more than I liked winning. Winning was great, but losing was unacceptable.

Jordan will always be considered the goat and the standard for being successful in the league

He was driven incredibly hard to win. Nothing would stand in his way. You may not like it but have to respect his passion and competitiveness for the game. The guy never ever missed games either. And in a era when players sit out because of a hang nail or bad gas a guy like MJ is appreciated.

90's is the Golden Era of HIP-HOP and Sports. And Yes, Kobe Byrant was the closest to Micheal Jordan in my lifetime.

“The Last Dance” is the documentary version of Jordan’s hall of fame speech. Whenever Michael Jordan faced a challenge or adversary, he “took it personally” and succeeded.

Winning was the only thing he cared about and he was singularly focused on achieving it with little motivations along the way.
