Just wanted to give you a heads up after our last video. We received a few messages from you wondering how we manage to only spend $1200 a month while living here with Tulum Mexico being so expensive. Well guess what, Tulum is expensive but it doesn’t have to be. In this video we show you how you can enjoy your time in tulum and still leave here with some coins... Dont forget to subscribe if you havent already

Great video. I go here once a year for four years now. The prices are almost stupid. They make New York City and south beach Miami look decent which is crazy considering it’s Mexico.

Great video! We are leaving soon for 2 weeks in Tulum, staying in Aldea Zama. Would love to know some of your favorite local restaurants downtown to check out. Cheers!

Tulum was definitely expensive when I went last year in November. We did visit the tourist spots, and the food was expensive and horrible. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The least expensive food I had the entire trip was from a taco shack (ran by a mother and daughter) inside of an excursion spot and those tacos were AMAZING!

I love this! I will definitely be living like a local when I'm there. I plan on cooking 90% of the time. I also plan on renting a car for the first week to get acclimated and go to the Walmart in Playa del Carmen. Do you think that's a good idea? Or is it better to use local transportation?

So you are luxury living? Cause Tino said, nothing was special about them little bit of fries 😂

Hey Guys! I just found your channel. We also did the drive this last January with our dog. Same route but not the coastal Hwy. And not in a van. I’m curious how you went about finding your 2 month rental. Great channel by the way! Keep doing what you’re doing. 🥂salud

The prices still seem too high for me. I was really expecting much lower prices.

You definitely have the right idea. Did you know this ahead of time? 40$ for a hamburger makes me happy to be vegan, I can afford my Kahlua😊

Spent a couple hours at a beach club, while in the area 5 weeks. A guacamole appetizer, 2 pina colada, a can of coke. 100.00 us You can keep Tulum, overrated, to much trash, horrible traffic, expensive taxis, terrible internet, random power outages, to much crime, sad used to be incredible.
