As much as I love these suggestions, I got a TeamFar baking set on Amazon. It was a full stainless toaster oven baking set for $35. Sheet pans, loaf pans, cake pans, baking pans, a pizza pan, and muffin tins. You can even upgrade for lids. It’s been amazing for my little studio kitchenette on a college budget. Maybe one day I’ll save for the le creuset dish though.

I live in a low-income elderly housing building. We have a galley kitchens, which, on the whole I like because I do less walking with everything so close by. The big problem is that my oven measures 16-in square, and so many of the things you recommend just will not fit in it. A full-sized sheet pan, for instance is beyond hope. I really appreciate your featuring small cookware and I might actually be able to use!

I have the Breville Air Fryer Pro toaster oven. A Nordic Ware jelly roll pan fits in it and so does the USA Pan 12 cup muffin tin. I bought the Checkered Chef’s jelly roll sized cooling rack. It’s great for cooking wings and other “fried” foods. I can also put a 9x13 pan in it with no issues. I absolutely love that oven!

My 9.5 cast iron skillet also works great in the Breville oven, I use it for my biscuits, fritattas, baking.

I have both the Breville toaster oven and the nordicware sheet pan/rack....I probably use those two items the most in my kitchen and they've been worth every penny. The pan is also a prefect size when freezing leftover soups/sauces flat in freezer bags.

Except the 1/4 sized sheet pans don't fit in all toaster ovens.

Best Toaster Oven pans and Tree.... they are all the right size, built well enough and only $1.25 each. Go to your nearest one...you will thank me

I find the toaster oven-sized cookware seems over priced compared to larger sizes. Frustrating because smaller sizes allow more flexibility...

It's even harder to find pans without non-stick coatings. I distrust all pans labeled nonstick at this point.

I have the large Breville oven and the small toaster oven. I use them exclusively. My "real" oven is only used for storage. Besides the items Lisa showed I have a rectangular cake pan that also doubles as a roasting pan when used with an adjustable V-rack. Also nice are the silicone "muffin tops" pans I bought on Amazon. These countertop ovens are fantastic for small families or as extra ovens for holiday cooking.

No one ever seems to be able to properly pronounce Le Creuset.

There are two answers - bigger ovens, or smaller cookware -- the answers are not obvious. I bought a Luby toaster oven, and it ate the kitchen...

My toaster oven doesn’t fit a quarter sheet but I found a 10x10 aluminum sheet pan on Amazon for $20 (technically a square pizza pan) and it fits perfectly. Way better quality than the terrible nonstick pans that come with toaster ovens

I wonder if these accessories work for air fryers.

America's kitchen seems to be catering more and more towards rich people, no? $25.00 for a pan with the wire rack, when for 15.00 we can get a full size professional restaurant? You forget that a LOT of people started using these small ovens to save money on electricity, and now you start recommending $15.00 tiny dishes?!? Really?!?

I recently bought Breville Smart Oven Air Pro. I wish I could find info about what Dutch ovens fit it with the lid on for slow cooking and bread baking so it doesn’t touch the top element.

I have those Nordicware pans. As someone who cooks for one, they’re awesome, even in the regular oven when you don’t want things to meld together.

Like everything these days to expensive!

We can't afford that expensive stuff even on sale! We have a multifunction unit that combines a toaster countertop oven air fryer rotisserie and dehydrator in one. It does every task well and we don't even have to preheat. The controls are easy to use and it came with the tools you need for most tasks.

How about a Dutch oven that fits in one?
