In this video you will see how to fix internet issue if your internet is turning Off and On frequently.

Disclaimer : This is not a permanent solution to fix Internet turning off and On constantly on window 10. For the permanent solution go to the hardware manufacturer site and find latest Network driver for Ethernet or wireless on which you are facing issue on your system.
Download and Reinstall your updated network Driver. Don't forget to take the backup of your system current Network driver Before going to Uninstall the driver.

How to Fix-

Step-1 Go to your "Network Adapter"
Step- 2 Click on properties and choose "advanced" tab
Step-3 In "properties" column find and select "speed & duplex"
Step-4 Now choose 10mbps full Duplex or 100mbps full duplex etc. as per your internet link speed.

You are a star, Thank you. 03:35 both (10mbps) and (100mbps) full Duplex are working for my laptop (Dell Inspiron 13 7000). However, if you choose 10mbps your internet download speed will be limited under 10mbps, so if you have a high-speed internet provider like fiber or 4G/5G with a download speed of more than 15mbps, rather choose 100mbps in order to enjoy your full internet speed.
